High School Equivalency
High School Equivalency classes are offered two nights per week. Students must attend both Tuesday and Thursday nights to meet attendance requirements. These classes are designed to prepare you to pass either the Hi-Set or GED to earn your high school equivalency diploma. Students will earn their High School Equivalency Credential, a document which shows that a person has the skills and knowledge of a high school graduate.
For the Hi-SET and GED tests, a person must pass a written multiple choice test in each of the following areas: Writing Skills, Social Studies, Science, Literature and the Arts, and Mathematics.

ABOUT THE CLASSES
- Adult Secondary Education (ASE) classes at various levels are offered in Hudson to help adults prepare for the Hi-Set and GED tests. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Anyone who is a minimum of 16 years old and has withdrawn from school is eligible to participate in test preparation classes.
- Experienced teachers are available to ensure successful completion of the Hi-Set™ and GED
