The Hudson Maynard Adult Learning Center is a grant-funded program offering free English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and high school equivalency (HSE) classes to residents of Hudson and the surrounding towns. We support our adult learners in a variety of ways and celebrate the diversity of our staff and students! •The Hudson Maynard Adult Learning Center offers free literacy classes to adult learners.
•We offer ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Languages and Adult Secondary Education (ASE) classes.
•We are primarily funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
•We have been offering literacy classes for over 25 years - since 1985.
•We currently serve more than 250 students from 19 different countries.
•Our students range in age from 17 to over 65 years old.
•Students live and come from many neighboring communities to attend classes in Hudson.
•We offer ESOL, English for Speakers of Other Languages and Adult Secondary Education (ASE) classes.
